As Bishop of Rome, he has the Bishop’s Mitre, in several different versions (Funerals, Lent, feast days, Chistmas time, etc. The Triregnum (a crown with three levels) is still part of the Papal regalia, but not Pope has worn it in public since 1963. Add in the camauro, a red velvet cap which covers the ears, and is trimmed with ermine, and the red cappello with gold cords,
