But only the center section of a slide rule could reach that nagging itch. (And soothe Napier’s bones)

    Hi, everybody!

    Another Saturday, another puzzle-solving get-together…

We’re on our way to the Tiki, for that…. where we’ll discuss

the Feb 16th  2019 “CLEO and COMPANY”

    Find it on Sherpa…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Or go ahead and use my side-by-side version…

    https://i.postimg.cc/7PJ76DsH/Cleo-nine-differences-Feb-16th-19.png

How did our fearless watchdog let that horrid cat into the house?

    Klaude… your days are numbered!

I didn’t say, though, that the count was particularly low…. considering the speed of any counter-action on the part of the faithful household defender.

Let’s see… in other notes…. this is out of place… but Alexikakos…. I and several others answered you on yesterday’s Brevity …

Though you might have, it doesn’t look like you ever went back to see the replies.

Thomas does indeed feel comfortable with his technology….

he has a rapport with his computer, a two-way friendship with reciprocal benefits….

after all, he updates it, and buys it new mice…. his philosophy being….

“You scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours.”

Cleo doesn’t even know that the evil cat from up the street is on the couch. I hope she doesn’t scream when she sees that evil thing.

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA – CLARA WEARS WAL-MART

    Saturday Non Solution Solution

       1.  Top panel: Clara is thinking, “If this comic strip was That is Priceless, what would the caption be?” Bottom Panel: Clara is is thinking, “Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!”

       2.  Top: Cheapskate C&C producers refuse to pay for eyeglasses for Clara – steal cat’s glasses instead. Bottom: Cheapskate C&C producers refuse to pay for new eyeglasses for Clara – instead hire the 2 Nigerians who mugged Jussie Smollett to steal a pair from Katy Perry*.

       3.  Top: Cat is wondering, “What’s that big purplie blob in the middle the room?.” Bottom: Cat is not real – Cat is near-sighted Benjamin Button, age 85, in a cat suit.

       4.  Top: Cleo is dreaming that the mysterious katina.cooper was once a Bond Girl, an astronaut, or a double naught spy. Bottom: Cleo is dreaming she is President and just declared a National Emergency to build the rest of GoComics platform so Sherpa can finally move there.

       5.  Top: Green plant in the background is Nipplewort (Lapsana communis). Bottom: Green object is mini cell phone tower.

6-9.  Section 6-9. Highly technical: Only MontanaLady, who celebrates a high of 28; Perkycat, who WISHES she knew more about Rotty Tailwagger’s Tʜɪɴɢʏ; SHE MC, who’s glad nighthawks didn’t always do as he was told; SusanSunshine, who’s a Perkycat Tʜɪɴɢʏ-enabler; StillTheBelle, who knows everything there to know about Rotty Tailwagger’s Tʜɪɴɢʏ; and the mysterious katina.cooper, who seems to be a Black Hole of autobiographical information, would understand.

Hooray! I found all nine! I don’t know what is going on, but this is the fourth or fifth week in a row that I got them all. Maybe Nighthawks is feeling sorry for these old bones and is making it easier. I could get used to this!

There’s nothing wrong with enjoying a Catnap with Cleo, just as long as the bazooka is locked away!!! I seem to be only able to count to 7!!!
