Agnes is doing quite well with her beret and her eccentricities. This could be her ticket to fame and fortune, if only she had money to buy paint and canvas.
“Business art is the step that comes after art. I started as a commercial artist, and I want to finish as a business artist. After I did the thing called “art” or whatever it’s called, I went into business art. I wanted to be an Art Businessman or a Business Artist. Being good in business in the most fascinating kind of art."

As a Life Member of the Art Students League in NYC, I knew quite a few artists, and none of them were “hooty-tooty”!
If anything, that describes Agnes!!

I doubt if she striped her shoes, Trout, because I doubt if enough striping material exists to stripe her gunboats … er, shoes.

But you do need good PR, Agnes. And that you don’t have.

Maybe Agnes would be better at “hoity toity” rather than “hooty tooty”.

I think Aggie is on to something! And, if she accidentally knocks something over, it’s art! ☺

If you don’t know how to paint, then paint what you know and bluff it. :)
