One side is jailing their political rivals and removing them from the ballot.

But Trump is a Threat to Democracy.

“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?” Trump remarked at a campaign stop at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Yes, TFG would not lose any of his core, BUT, as he’s learning, you will go to jail, lose your “billion$” and your assets and ability to run a business in NY.

Although I agree with the Colorado court, I don’t think the ruling will make a bit of difference. For one, under our ridiculous electoral college system we vote for electors, not the President. All the Republicans need do is put up an “uncommitted” slate of electors; Trump supporters will vote for that slate and that slate will cast their votes for Trump in November of 2024.

By all means don’t vote for Trump, because he’s like Hitler. Much better to vote for Old Joe(Stalin), because he was much better at killing Jews and political opposition than Hitler!/s

It’s the Dems that are the Nazis. The recent Colorado ballot decision is the latest example. They are trying to prevent millions of voters from voting for their candidate. Classic Hitler tactic.

I see trump is now denying he ever read Mien Kampf. Even though his ex-wife said he did peruse it, and kept it on his bedside.

I have to wonder how much of it he did read since he seems to have a great deal of difficulty reading anything. But I am willing to believe he skimmed through and picked out a few parts with fairly short words.

‘Trump Knows What He’s Doing’: The Creator of Godwin’s Law Says the Hitler Comparison Is Apt

“Trump’s opening himself up to the Hitler comparison,” Godwin said in an interview. And in his view, Trump is actively seeking to evoke the parallel.

Trump made almost identical comments in an interview with the far-right website The National Pulse in November, around the same time Trump also called his political opponents “vermin” — all rhetoric that Hitler used to disparage Jews.

“You could say the ‘vermin’ remark or the ‘poisoning the blood’ remark, maybe one of them would be a coincidence,” Godwin said. “But both of them pretty much make it clear that there’s something thematic going on, and I can’t believe it’s accidental.”

I’ve never said that just because you’re invoking the Nazis you’re losing the argument. If you’re going to compare somebody to Hitler or the Nazis or raise the specter of the Holocaust, be sure you’ve got your facts right. But there’s nothing categorically wrong with Biden’s — or anyone else’s — comparison of Trump calling people vermin or talking about blood poisoning to Hitler.

I wasn’t a particular scholar of Hitler or the Nazis before, and I still don’t count as one, but I’ve always taken pains to know enough history to know whether a comparison was valid. And in general, dehumanizing rhetoric is a hallmark of Hitler’s rhetoric. So, Trump’s opening himself up to the Hitler comparison.

CNN/MSNBC has the brainwashed actually believing that enforcing immigration laws would be JUST LIKE HITLER.

Biden has let over 8 million people enter this country illegally in the last 4 years. Instead of reporting on this, the “news” is telling the brainwashed that Trump closing the border would acting like a dictator.

Draft-dodger Donny has already told us what he plans. He will weaponize the DOJ to go after his opponents, impose mass deportations (who’s gonna pay for that? You are.), gut the civil service, remove us from NATO, and be a dictator. The only truth to pass his lips in three decades.

National Socialism cannot exist without antisemitism. Fascism can. I regard National Socialism as a base evil, and, mis-using the label weakens the definition, and, perspective of it. Until someone shows me Trump being antisemitic, the application does not fit.
