Is Frank just now addressing Christmas cards?

I’m glad to see they got back safely from the cabin – I was afraid they were going to be stuck there for a while with how heavy the snow was falling at the end of that week.

So, I guess the cabin in the snow is not resolved, like many here. Frank is probably writing thank you notes.

These new year’s resolutions are making Luann sad. She should pick something more fun.

I am determined to avoid political commercials as much as I can this year.

Luann didn’t jump out of a perfectly good airplane when she had the opportunity. So, does anyone seriously think she’s going to keep a New Year’s Resolution this time around?

And speaking of “jumping out of an airplane,” (Which Lu’s father DID) Frank is strangely silent on the matter. ;-)

Come to think of it, I don’t ever remember seeing Bernice at her home. Given her issues, is it broken perhaps?

Sure. Like, posting your New Year’s Resolutions where other people can read them is gonna help you keep them! That burden’s on you, lady!

Done what…. You mean like joining us in the 21st century and not paying bills by writing out physical checks and sending physical envelopes?

I don’t think Luann has ever seemed so serious about keeping her NYR. Asking her family to help her is a decisive change compared to the past, it’s nice to see that Bernice understands this and is deeply impressed. I wonder what these resolutions are. In addition to the classics, maybe there will be: Writing novels, writing plays, musicals, living adventures alone or with friends, not allowing false friends to insult you and choosing to go to the college and what to study in it. Let’s hope Bernice will sincerely try to help Luann.

“Help you” stick to your resolutions? I hope that “Being more independent and less needy” is at the top of your list, Luann.

Spend more time with Ann❤️Eiffel…

And so that’s it for the cabin in the snowstorm story.

Maybe Bernice should make a resolution to be supportive and friendly.

It’s good to see the family made it back home safely, from the cabin.

Okay, so who is all starting a diet today? LOL

The family survived the snowed in cabin before Christmas. The writers sort of left us hanging on that one.

Bern, You’ve known Luann your whole life. Aside from scoring a cute guy, she is determined to get through life without accomplishment of much else. She will always be available to be a good friend because nothing else will get in the way.

Someone needs to remind me why Bernice is living with Luann’s family?

Either that, or he’s way old school and paying all of his bills by hard check

OMG STOP THE PRESSES!! Luann has posted her 2024 New Years Resolutions! Frank is sensible enough to completely ignore it, but why is Bernice talking about Luann like she’s a lab rat? She (of all people) should know if Luann has posted her list in the past, and no, Bernice.. she is not serious. Just the fact she is making others responsible for her resolutions proves it. I would take that list off the frig and move it to her room, or put it in the round file. Her arrogance in assuming everyone is going to be interested in helping her keep her resolutions is juvenile…and offensive.. for a person her age. Now, if she were five years old it would be different. It would be cute and amusing.

But wait…if she makes her list public can they add to it?

A happy and healthy new year to everyone! Prayers for those suffering in illness, wars, natural disasters. Hoping for a better 2024.
