Normally my money would be on the faery folk. Pucky is right, I can confirm the long beard consequence of messing with them. But with both Lupin and Ora Zella on the case, they may have met their match!

As promised, for anyone skipping dailies, I am informing you that the “Mole-pocalypse” arc is over and we have returned to regular programming as of Wednesday, 11/8.

Do they have a Fairy Folk app for phones now?

Terry Pratchett contended that cats were fairy folk. Pointed ears and hair you want to stroke. You put milk out at the door for them to appease them so they’ll treat your household kindly. They come and go in mysterious ways by night. When they’re happy they make a lovely sound. And they’re merciless little fiends who play with their food.

(And there are fairy cats – the Cait Sidhe in Celtic lore, the bakeneko in Japan, and doubtless many more I’m not thinking of just now.)

As for Ora Z eating the Faery folk, I hear they taste just like chicken. Unconfirmed reports though.

Trouble would be sure to not only eat that fairy, but would catch it in a death grip even if he had to jump over 6 feet to get it (hubby and I have seen him doing this when he goes after the fly folk).

OT: Quick Mystic update. It has been going well a bit at a time and better every day.

I’m not sure what I’m looking at here. What’s beaming or flying out of her phone?

I think fairies would taste like wildflowers and bee bread, silver and moonlight, and probably certain death, but I think Ora Zella could get away with it, if she only licked the fairy?

Make that chart a lot bigger, Puck. It’s an important safety warning. Dealings with the Good People, the Tylwyth Teg, are always dicey. If you find yourself alone and palely loitering, when the sedge has wither’d from the lake, and no birds sing, then you’ve got off lightly. Most people are doomed.

OT: Cranberry Space Goo! While I don’t watch a lot of television, yesterday I saw the ad for Ocean Spray Cranberry Space Goo, which included three cans of it happily jiggling away on a platter while the people around the table were basically losing it. I guess that means it is truly Holiday Season!

Puck is right. They’re extremely tricky. Catching one could doom you to a very long life of humiliating servitude in Fairyland.
