Puck’s “WHAT” is what makes it for me.

It’s always a special treat to see the ghost kitties.

Ah, MGDMT was a great comic.

From what I’ve heard, ferrets are such social creatures that they require at least two other ferrets around.

My favourite story arc is the cats’ battle, then truce, with the vacuum cleaner. It solidifies Puck’s place as best kitty. >

Intellectually, I acknowledge that “pretty unique” isn’t quite correct, but it doesn’t bother me enough to point out unless I’m editing something.

Once I was editing a review whose author kept saying, “somewhat unique”, though, and THAT made my eye twitch every time.

Gender dysphoria is a “mental illness” in the same way PTSD is — it’s a reaction to a specific situation. And it’s treatable by helping the person live as their chosen gender, as per ALL THE ORGANIZATIONS I LISTED.

And “silent majority”? That’s funny, ‘cause transphobes never, ever shut up. Even when they’re commenting on a comic written by a trans artist.

Thanks, but I’ll trust the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Endocrine Society, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, World Health Organization, National Association of Nurse Practitioners, Mayo Clinic, and thousands of individual medical doctors, hospitals, and universities before I trust your judgement.

They’ve always been different. It’s just that, for a long time, certain bits of history were suppressed.

How to evict a spider (or insect) without hurting its legs:

Take a glass and place it upside-down over the spider. Then get a piece of thin cardboard or card stock and hold the glass while SLOWLY sliding the card underneath it. The spider will either crawl up the glass or onto the card. When the card is all the way under the glass, lift up both and carry the spider outside.

In the winter, I sometimes drop the spider down the air vent in front of the apartment doors. I figure that way it can eat mites in the ventilation system.
