When I saw a flea on my cat, I put a flea collar on her, which she took well… or so I thought.

The next day I come home, I found her with the collar in her mouth. Apparently, she enlisted the help of the neighbor’s cat to take the collar off, but the lil’ dude didn’t quite succeed.

That hasn’t stopped HER from removing two of his collars, so far.

How do I explain this to the neighbor?

They say pets come to resemble their owners. Looks like an even draw from the beginning.

Did it purr like a kitten til the late pipes roar?

Now that’s going to leave a scar……

I am relieved that there is not as much blood as I assumed it would be.

Did the cat swipe right or left? Did the cat like him or not?

Maybe it liked him – but just not in the way a person wants to be liked by a saber-toothed cat.

Hope he doesn’t get cat scratch fever from that…
