She must have been watching Good Eats because it’s the only show where they made bouillabaisse this week. And now I’m going to have that same earworm. Thanks a bunch.

I also LOVE Alton Brown and his version of Bouillabasse was great! I used to make a good paella , but that was my version of a dish that used some seafood with a mix.

Freeholder, bouillabaisse is served hot. You’re thinking of vichysoisse.

The Posh Nosh series on PBS offered great cooking using incomprehensible foods and directions. They also offered over priced gadgets, equipment and hard to find condiments on their ticker.

That’s ridiculous. Nobody gets a word like bouillabaisse stuck in their head just by saying bouillabaisse. It’s not like bouillabaisse is that catchy. It’s just bouillabaisse bouillabaisse bouillabaisse bouillabaisse bouillabaisse bouillabaisse bouillabaisse

    Aaaaaaaaaaghghghg!

Somone insulted Wiley yesterday suggesting this idea was a rip-off of “Zippy,” and while the Pinhead does love to repeat weird words, repetition is a comedy staple. The Frantics, Kids in the Hall and classic Abbott & Costello bits relied on rapid repetition of funny words.

Siberman said yesterday, @ Coyoty: It simply amazes me how someone can take the words of a pre-pubescent comic character concerning a cooking show and turn them into a political commentary.

Then again , what can you expect from someone who can’t even spell their avatar’s name properly ?

It’s “coyote” in American English and Spanish. “Coyotl” in Nahuatl (from whence the modern name derives).

    Yes, I am simply amazing.

And my name is spelled correctly. It’s an adjective.

Coyoty (adj.): Like a coyote or Coyote in form, spirit, or humor. Ready to puns upon any opportunity for wordprey.
