Even though he’s obviously suffering from amnesia, I’d say he only lost memory of stuff that took place recently (Namely, that he ended up in Endtown).Seeing that he freaked out when realizing he was in an inhabited city right after waking up makes me think he still remembers he was having a nomad life topside.I really like how Holly turned out to be. The way she cared for Wally after seeing him stand up for her in the bar and then realizing he’s pretty much alone after his slip up with Allie. Keep the good work!

Holly should realize that a head injury often is followed by short term amnesia. Give Wally some time, it’ll come back to him. He’s just “scrambled” temporarily.
However, I do wonder what will happen when he finally remembers that he’s been robbed. I hope he is the forgiving type, ‘cause whatever he had- – -it’s long gone.

Yeah, trauma tends to damage recent short-term memory writing. It may never come back. As for what was in his backpack that was so important? I don’t know, but I can make a big guess as to why others would go to the length of giving him a near-fatal concussion: the possibility it contained food that ISN’T BEANS! After all, he survived on the surface for years, and seemed surprised to see so much bean on the menu…
