I remember this storyline appearing at the end of the Scientific Progress Goes Boink book collection, and then the chicken pox story appearing at the beginning of the Snow Goons one, which was released after SPGB. Am I going crazy or did GoComics rearrange the order?

You can have a lot a lot of fun with a box whether you are a crazy kid or an orange fat cat.

“You and that box are plain bad news” said no cat never.

Hobbes seems to have learned. Yet, I fear he will end up getting in the box anyway.

I am disappointed the Time Machine doesn’t have a future setting. I don’t think so, anyway. Calvin’s view of the future would be cool!

A close encounter with a dinosaur is as good a reason as any to avoid time travel. Particularly with a sawed off sociopath with a sense of drama.

This is in a book I’ve seen I think it’s called scientific progress goes boink. The find an Allasaur (I don’t know if I’m spelling this correctly Siri is stupid) Anyway… then Calvins mom says you were playing with your dinosaur toys and they had pictures of there toy dinosaurs.

What could go wrong?

Its funny how you can buy a big toy for a child and he will end up playing with the box.

No one else has said it, so I will…that box wouldn’t be blue by any chance, would it?

It looks just like the box I had when I was a kid! Hmm, maybe that’s where it went.

I do think these aren’t run in chronological order, and instead to match the pattern of the year originally published. As for Hobbes here: Fool me once . . .

I never had an imaginary friend, stuffed or otherwise. Wonder why I have always found it so easy to identify with Calvin.
