“Come together, right now” ……. Advice of wisdom SO BADLY needed today. But nobody listens anymore.
For those such as myself who had no idea what juju eyeballs were upon hearing it in ‘Come Together’, it has two interpretations.
1. A word referring to someone being high/intoxicated, particularly with bloodshot glassy eyes.
2. A look that invokes bad karma aka the ‘evil eye’.
Which of those Paul and John had in mind when they wrote the song, we can only guess at.
“Here come ol’ flat top” has to refer to J. Jonah Jameson.
He say….I know you and you know me….One thing I can tell you is you got to be free!
Clearly, if you want musical guidance, you should try another genre; I suspect something from an earlier era would be best.
