The guy on the left is the 2018 80-year update of the 1938 version of Adolf Hitler. The guy on the right, the one with the ridiculously long tie (compensating for, what?) and the tiny, tiny hands is the 2018 80-year update of the 1938 version of Neville Chamberlain. Out of view is the minority party, in 1938 led by Winston Churchill, the 2018 80-year update represented by Democrats, yelling their opposition to this capitulation — this surrender — but lack the power to stand up and defend their country.
The naïve sucker, who thought he was so smart, ends up getting outsmarted by a ruthless, brutal dictator who at least listens to advisors and recognizes the need to prepare.
Kim Jong Un got everything — his long-desired photo op, legitimacy, praise from the U.S. president for his “talent,” good personality and how much he “loves his people” (who he brutally enslaves and murders) and even extras he had not planned on, such as a pledge for the United States to stab long-time allies Japan and South Korea in the back with his pledge to scale back U.S. military presence (without consulting Japan, South Korea or even his military advisors), and all Trump got were vague, undefined, non-specific, non-verifiable generalities.

Let’s see what happens. Even a blind squirrel can find a nut sometimes. I am very (or bigly) cautiously optimistic. A slim hope is better than no hope.
However, I do not think that giving up our military position in Korea is a good idea. Trump consulted neither the South Koreans not the U.S. military when making this decisions. But he knows more than the generals: LBJ in Vietnam and Hitler at Stalingrad come to mind.
NEW YORK – Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood today announced a lawsuit against the Donald J. Trump Foundation, and its directors, Donald J. Trump (“Mr. Trump”), Donald J. Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump. The petition filed today alleges a pattern of persistent illegal conduct, occurring over more than a decade, that includes extensive unlawful political coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing transactions to benefit Mr. Trump’s personal and business interests, and violations of basic legal obligations for non-profit foundations. The Attorney General initiated a special proceeding to dissolve the Trump Foundation under court supervision and obtain restitution of $2.8 million and additional penalties. The AG’s lawsuit also seeks a ban from future service as a director of a New York not-for-profit of 10 years for Mr. Trump and one year for each of the Foundation’s other board members, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump. The Attorney General also sent referral letters today to the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Election Commission, identifying possible violations of federal law for further investigation and legal action by those federal agencies.

So far the only people that believe in Kim is Trump and Dennis Rodman. What does that tell you?

“Peace in our Time, I trust Kim,” says Gullible Trump at the behest of Putin.

6 months ago you said he would start WWIII.
3 months ago you said the meeting would never happen.
Today you are whining that it wasn’t enough.

Both of them are pathological liars. Nothing they say can be trusted.

Kim still has as many nuclear weapons as he had a year ago.

A more offensive example of discretion than “Piss Christ.”

How many of those viewing this cartoon know the “true” (i.e., original) meaning of the “peace” symbol?
It’s a combination of the flag-semaphore letters “N” and “D”, to stand for “Nuclear Disarmament”.
A very appropriate detail, whether in praise or in sarcasm. Well done, Mr. Stahler!
