Aim for the little Republican puppet. It’s not just what they are doing with insane gun policy that is ruining your future.

There is a VERY GOOD CHANCE that the Gun Nuts have REALLY overplayed their hand this time, aided by the slime like Alex Jones that are calling the whole thing a “False Flag Operation” staged by actors!

God bless those kids in Florida, who are taking no crap from the gun-nuts, the NRA toadies, the conspiracy lunatics, and the useful idiots who keep repeating nonsense like “laws won’t help.” If I were one of those craven politicians in Florida who refused to debate guns because they didn’t want to have to show their hand (and talked about the “dangers” of porn instead), I would fear for my position — and rightly.

Finally, I see people pushing back HARD against the nonsense (it’s beyond fake news) propagated by the gunfanboys. Bottom line: we are the ONLY country in the world with these problems, and we know why. Quit pretending otherwise and get on with it!

Corrupt politicians serve money interests, not people.

The kids have to be the adults because politicians act like children.

Trump is earning the $30 million the NRA spent on his campaign in 2016 by saying the answer is MORE guns. His tweet was sickening – implying that you need to have heavily armed teachers to protect students and schools that don’t arm teachers will be targets. What’s next? Heavily armed guards at all offices, on the streets, in every store? Highly-trained police lose their lives, e.g. police commander in Chicago.

The money spent by the NRA is being investigated to see if it originated in Russia.

Arm the teachers, more cash for the NRA’s arms manufactures.

The kids may get what they don’t want and that is strict attendance rules and a school lock down for the day and every day. Plus they will have to enter school thru a metal detector.

One of the reasons people use guns is that they can throw lead pellets further than a kid can throw a rock with a sling.

(If you want to kill someone, you prefer to do it before he can kill you.)

We’ll never be safe until we create a police state with armed militia in every building and on every street corner.

The inability to recognize the obvious association between the frequency of American gun massacres, and the ease of semiautomatic weapons availability, is beyond a level of ignorance promoted by the GOP and the NRA which is boggling for most sane citizens. The NRA is a cancer run amok in America.

    AND, this is an ACTUAL Trump Tweet;

“I never said “give teachers guns” like was stated on Fake News @CNN & @NBC. What I said was to look at the possibility of giving “concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience – only the best.”

Seriously. he REALLY believes there is a difference! “Facepalm”

@dagnabbit: interestingly reprehensible comparison there. Unions are fighting for the rights of the American worker to be treated with respect and paid fairly. Despite the demonization of unions by the GOP on behalf of their corporate owners, they serve a vital purpose, but have been increasingly marginalized by GOP legislation for decades now.

By contrast, the NRA leadership (NOT the membership, which SUPPORTS increased gun control) is working to increase gun sales for the manufacturers, making and selling devices whose SOLE purpose is to kill.

A does NOT equal B in this case. Nice try on the distraction, though.

Brady and Bloomberg should get together and start a membership organization to counter the NRA. Millions of ordinary citizens paying tens of millions in annual dues for lobbyists. Millions of issue voters willing to write letters to Congress and local politicians.

Here is an amazing page with a complete (I think) list of all the rampage killers across the world, stretching back through history. Puts a whole different perspective on the topic.

I don’t recall lobbyist La Pierre running for office but he speaks like he thinks he runs the country. Politicizing the gun issue and blaming everyone but his liberal gun polices that he and the GOP rammed down the throat of America. He is a crazy whiny liar. I am sick and tired of people who put stock in weapons of war.

We should lead the world in peace, that is what it is waiting for.

    Random Trump Tweet

“I never said ‘give teachers guns’ like was stated on Fake News @CNN & @NBC. What I said was to look at the possibiliyt of giving “concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience – only the best. 20% of teachers, a lot would not be able to immediately fire back if a savage sicko came to a school with bad intentions. Highly trained teachers would also serve as a deterrent to the cowards that do this. Far more assets at much less cost than guards. A “gun free” school is a magnet for bad people. ATTACKS WOULD END!”

    .

Republicans want us to live in a dystopic fantasy land of their making.

Trump wants to give 20% of the teachers guns. This is nuts. Trump is a nightmare on every issue. Yet, he gets away with everything, every crazy scandal, every crazy point of view. Maybe the dam will give way sometime.

DaVos is related to the blackwater guy. Maybe trump is looking to use blackwater to train the teachers. Sound crazy? Don’t bet against it.
