My guess is that thing is some sort of cat demon and he was Sedine’s first love, makes perfect sense, all the furriness of a cat for Sedine while also being the perfect boyfriend for our lonely young girl. I bet he wound up in there because her mother didn’t want to feed him. XD
Okay, now I’m a little scared myself? What dark secret has sweet Sedine been hiding all these years? She does cast a sexy silhouette in that last panel though.
Shades of EC horror comics of the 1950s! Those extreme close-ups are pure “Tales from the Crypt” cartooning style. Thanks for the memory, or maybe not if I get a rerun of the nightmares they inspired back then.
Oh my, I have to bite my tongue on your guesses what’s in the box. Truth is someone on Webtoons already guessed it right (but that user doesn’t know it yet XD) However, there is a comment on here which got really, really close too. The big reveal is tomorrow (following by an explanation on Thursday) :P

Anyone remember “The Crate” from the movie “Creepshow”?

Ok, a Christian cross, an Egyptian Ankh, and a pentagram. Not sure which team Sedine was on when she made that thing…

Don’t worry Sam, I knew Sedine wasn’t gonna kill you when I discarded my Yandere theory. XD

Probably a cute dog that hated her parents and drove them nuts.

I think “The Thing” by Phil Harris would be appropriate background music for this.

Suddenly, the cartoon My Pet Monster comes to mind. Maybe it won’t be so bad, especially if it feeds on garbage.
Unless it’s like a Gremlin, and it’s been fed after midnight…
