OK, call me crazy but that girl looks like Dean. Dana? Dean? Get it? My conspiracy theory: that’s Dean with a wig and fake freckles. He sneaked in to cheer up Heart.
Either that or we are getting a worried, jealous Dean who is afraid Heart is going to replace him with Dana.
