Hey if the president can be a racist, loud mouthed blowhard who does not care about truth or people not like us, I’m OK with that. That just means he represents my values. Besides, he promised high pay low skilled jobs soon and I am not going to miss out on that gravy train.

It’s a Taliban thing. When you conquer an area, you remove all iconic monuments to previously honored people or ideas. Nothing new there. The Pharaohs of Egypt would remove all mention of Previous rivals from the public record and deface any images of them. They served as their own press and history department.

Republicans are forcing us to live under their own version of Sharia law. They would gladly forego healthcare if it meant all the poor didn’t get it either.
They want to keep the statues of failed generals because they love the racist lessons of the pre-civil war south. They don’t care about pollution and don’t believe in science.
