The term “Living” document means that it is capable of changing with the times. I guess you prefer having slaves and only propertied white males voting?

“With liberty and justice for all” is not part of the Constitution, but most of us know the Pledge by heart. “For all” means everybody – which is what Darsan means. Not one rule for blacks and another for whites. Or one rule for corporations and another for the folks who work for those corporations. Or one rule for straights and another for gays.

Remember that Gorsuch ruled that a trailer and its contents were more important than a man’s life! Corporations over people!

These comments again demonstrate that Republican voters do not understand who their real enemy is.

Gorsuch hasn’t as yet answered any question except his name. I wouldn’t hire anyone that deflected every question about their previous jobs, would you?

Come on Republicans, WOULD YOU HIRE A PERSON THAT DEFLECTED EVERY QUESTION ABOUT PREVIOUS WORK? Yes or no?

Yes, Neil Gorsuch would be a flaming tragedy for employee rights and women’s health, but those would be pale shadows of the horrors he has in mind for separation of church and state.

It’s Fascinating that to the Republicans, ANY Judge that makes a ruling they DON’T like is “A Liberal, Activist Judge who is Legislating From The Bench!!!”, BUT, the exact same Judge making a ruling they DO like is “A Wise, Learned Jurist with a solid grasp of Constitutional Law!!!”. Funny how that works like that, huh Tom Wright??

Those who refuse to create laws themselves, in violation of the Constitution should not be Supreme Court justices because they won’t go along with those who oppose being a nation of laws rather than fads? Please remember if rights and powers fluctuate, they will sometimes go against you.
