There were those couple of instances where Scooter’s lack of opposable thumbs created problems. Like when he was trying to “quick draw” his cap pistol from the holster or when he tried to “speed load” the caps into it.

Scooter was in the dog house ( literally ) for a long time, after that bit of high jinx.
