Aye sure and he blames missin’ the hole owing to the fact that the weight of the club had been thrown off by drinking the contents of the club. Great if you really can’t wait to get back to the club house for a drink.

Eventually, when his vision ‘improves,’ he will have trouble deciding which hole gets the putt.

I seem to recall that a combination flask/club once was sold as a novelty. It always bewildered me, as I’ve never seen a fuss made over a simple flask on a course…unless it cuts into the sales from the club’s own roaming beverage carts.
