Its an order of magnitude of difference and you left out a thousand other things the so-called president, who by the way,, stole the election, is trying to do. But other than those thousand things you cartoon is perfect. Not.
Clear cut case of overdosing on Fox Bob. It’s made you and the president delusional. Does the same to anyone who watches over 1 minute of their propaganda.
It’s amazing how people can say and think opposite things and both think they are right. I suppose that’s how in the past different tribes maintained their autonomy. But in a world of 7 billion people, with whole nations as tribes with modern weaponry at their whims, sooner or things will pop in a big way. Donald Trump is leading the way, starting in this country, with his concepts of “alternative facts.” He is the canker in the apple that daily gets more rotten. And alternative news sources, including political cartoons, will disseminate those alt-facts. This cartoon is one of them: My opinion.
There is very little overlap in the political parameters that are most valued by “Conservative” and “Liberals” to the point that not just actions but words have different connotations. Applying “Conservative” attributes to “Liberals” or vice-versa does not make for good understanding of what actually occurred.
Well, you took a premise that’s false and ran with it. But then…you fail to point out that all the things the right was upset about (we’ll take two easy ones, like vacations and executive orders) are suddenly A-OK. This is a piss poor job.

Trump has had 2 of his Executive orders rescinded for being unconstitutional in the first month. Trump had contact with the Russians to help throw the election while promising to reverse sanctions before he was even elected. Trump has declared war on the media (and is surprised when they report the truth) Trump retweets from white supremacists.

@EMTC12 I didn’t think that perspectives could vary this wildly. How does one convince the delusional, especially when they think I am being delusional (which is delusional at another level). Is it like looking into an infinity mirror? How is one able to break this cycle? There is clearly an attempt to subvert logic and rationality, and I fear we are losing.
Much of contemporary American political rhetoric is characterized by liberals and conservatives advancing arguments for the morality of their respective political positions. However, research suggests such moral rhetoric is largely ineffective for persuading those who do not already hold one’s position because advocates advancing these arguments fail to account for the divergent moral commitments that undergird America’s political divisions. Building on this, we hypothesize that (a) political advocates spontaneously make arguments grounded in their own moral values, not the values of those targeted for persuasion, and (b) political arguments reframed to appeal to the moral values of those holding the opposing political position are typically more effective. We find support for these claims across six studies involving diverse political issues, including same-sex marriage, universal health care, military spending, and adopting English as the nation’s official language. Mediation and moderation analyses further indicated that reframed moral appeals were persuasive because they increased the apparent agreement between the political position and the targeted individuals’ moral values.

Which of Obama’s advisors said his orders, “will not be questioned”?
When did Obama claim that he was not subject to court rulings?
When did Obama tell our allies that we might abandon them?
When did Obama say the press is the enemy of the American people?
It’s pretty sad when Gorrell’s best defense of Trump is a bunch of bald faced lies.

So Gorrell believes Trump oversteps his authority, panders to Russia, attacks the media, and shrinks from world leadership.
Gorrell is totally comfortable with all of these, and with all Trump’s lies.
.
All so-called ‘conservatives’ are supremely comfortable with everything Trump does.
Including treason.

Conservatives and liberals have different moral codes, which has been studied intensely in recent years. As an example:
From Gulf to Bridge: When Do Moral Arguments Facilitate Political Influence?
