I agree with Charlie Brown, he takes great care of Snoopy. It’s Snoopy that gets himself into troubles, and he gets himself out of them, sometimes with the help of Charlie Brown.
The closest thing Snoopy had to a hardship was being adopted by Lila first and then returned to the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm before Charlie Brown got him. Of course, I’m sure he was well taken care of that whole time.

Hardships? Well, there was Frieda always after Snoopy to go rabbit-chasing. And, of course, Lucy. She’s a hardship by herself.
