Rich Man: You have to repeal Obamacare because that will mean a big tax cut for me. Uncle Sam: Why should I treat your desire for more money as a health-care policy priority? Rich Man: It's a preexisting condition.
No sh——-t!….. all Repo policy capsulized in one statement….the preexisting condition of greed…. made good by St. Reagan…. and forever will be the 1% religion’s 1st Commandment!
Just another BS lie from the leftist propagandist Toles! Replacing the horrific obamacare fiasco with a healthcare system that actually works and doesn’t cost the insured an arm and a leg has no relationship to the large tax cuts President Trump is proposing for all of us as well as corporate America. Letting us all keep more of OUR money will act as an incentive for us to spend more thus spurring the economy and reducing our draconian business taxes will encourage business expansion. It’s a win/win situation and only the naysayers like Toles with their heads firmly seated in their asses can’t see it!
Well, I hope they find a replacement that is better, not worse. I kind of don’t think they will, mainly women health and the new administration won’t be getting the Pharmaceutical companies to stop robbing and stealing by exorbitant pricing.People are dying. And will continue to do so because of unscrupulous men.
Member of my church railed about how his premiums were going up, and his deductibles were huge, etc., all because of Obamacare.Turns out he’s an early retiree from USPS, who could have kept his Federal health plan after retirement, and is not old enough yet for SS. And he made THAT point PLENTY of times!AND, he’s on his WIFE’S plan from her company, so therefore has no connection to Obamacare. But that won’t let him stop blaming others for his own bad choices. And his golf league is more important than Sunday church for 8 months of the year, but he knows why our church isn’t growing! And he’ll tell you THAT also!

^You’ve nailed it. It’s not about what they have; it’s about what they don’t yet have.

The game/contest continues. Money is power; power is money. “I have four yachts and you only have two! Nyah, nyah!”
Greed supersedes philanthropy.
Can’t wait to see Herr Trumpf’s promised simplified/revamped income tax codes.

GLOOMY PROGNOSIS {a limerick and a coda}
This year Yours Truly turns eighty,
and my nation’s troubles are weighty.
Bar the door, Katie!!
It looks quite ill-{fated}-fatey:
It’s getting quite bad quite fast-{gaited}-gaity.
… Coda:
The Far-Right throws their hissy fits,
but none but the Plutocrat benefits.

The correct answer for the politician in our plutocracy is “Yes Sir!”

I remember in the 80s, someone said to me, “Ross Perot can’t be bought. He’s already rich!”
I said, “The fact he’s rich seems to show that money is the most important thing to him. That means he can be rented.”

A for profit health care system is a bad idea to start with.
Insurance contributes nothing to actual health.

Women’s health care is clearly on the Republican’s cutting table as well.

The horror!Liberals may have to get a job, support themselves, buy their own insurance, and pay taxes if Obama Care is repealed.
The elderly, disabled, widows and orphans should be taken care of.The able bodied should get job training, an education, and work and pay taxes.
Maybe the government will now stop regulating, taxing, feeing, and fining the jobs right out of the country.
