What is that wart on the elephant? Trump is fueling a toxic movement of protest and insurgency. Trump will lose. And he will then destroy the Republican Party. The frightening question is what he will do to the country in the process.

Just remember that many present day Democrats were moderate Republicans 40 years ago. The ones in charge of the Republicans, the real ones are hard line Nationalists, militant white supremacists, religious fanatics etc. Reactionaries of the highest order.

I’ve never understood Trump’s appeal. Leaving aside the fact that he’s a neo-fascist (which definitely IS appealing to certain mentally defective people), what you have in Trump is a corporate welfare queen who is notorious for hiring illegal aliens and declaring bankruptcy. And his products (when he makes any) are all made overseas. Just what would lead people to think that he would be for the middle class??!!!
