Know the “forgotten what she was going to say” part. Haven’t learned the “misplaced hearing aid” trick. I’ll have to try it.

Some “gadgets” are actually worth the price.

It makes you wonder why they make them so small.

Then it turns out it isn’t his hearing aid, but a dried bean.My momma told me not to put beans in my ears…..

Sounds like my Brother-in-law, he avoids a bunch of ‘honey-dos’ that way .

Even if I conveniently forget my hearing aids my dear wife won’t forget what she’s going to say to me

Trouble: I don’t wear a hearing aid and my wife never forgets anything (she does forgive).

Now my Mom has one, too! So it works both ways!

and it was in his ear all the time.

Oh, she’ll remember later.

My wife only complains about my selective hearing…

Grampa Jones of Hee Haw fame went to the doctor complaining about his hearing…..the doc looked in his ear and told him he had a suppository in his ear….Grampa said that he knew where his hearing aid was…..

At every hearing aid fitting I do, I tell the patient there are only 2 places the hearing aid(s) should be. In the ears or in the case.

Bet he deliberately didn’t look in his pocket. Ah ! Peace and quiet !

Pluggers at NOT old and forgetful. They are hard working people, that do not complain!
