My boss used to wonder why kids don’t play outside like he did. I explained when they have a full refrigerator, air conditioning, video games and 3500 sq ft house, why would they? Then I told him to drive to his old neighborhood and see the kids there playing soccer and basketball. The area is hispanic and black now, but the houses are the same.

Nowadays kids have to wear a helmet to ride a bike and sunscreen to go in the sunlight. Might as well stay inside.
