I see a microwave next to the coffee maker. Don’t tell me none of these folks can figure out how to improvise a cup of coffee?
Yes caffeine is a drug just like nicotine or heroin or selfies…

Oh for… Just go to Starbucks. If there isn’t one in the lobby of your building, I am sure there is one right next door.
Most are less than 100 bucks; maybe Hank has a replacement in his truck…

I’ve got a travel cup that is also a French Press. Toss in the coffee, add hot water, wait a minute, then push down the plunger for a good hot brew.
I guess that they’re missing that cup and half in flavor.
At least they can’t blame the plug not being plugged in.
