You ladies need to learn the “roll-ups” to come up on your feet again……….. try it, it’s easy………..

I feel your pain, ladies. In basic training, we had to do squat-thrusts. You had to squat down, then put your hands on the ground and shoot your legs out so that you were in a push-up position, pull them back, and then rise. A few of those and you began to wonder if you would ever walk again.

With my artritis I wouldn’t be able to get down for the squat, forget about getting up afterward.

Number Six said: “New Illustrator”. Really???I would not have guessed. Therefore I would have to say that he is doing an excellent job because I failed to notice any change.

You wouldn’t find me down at the Gym.Nothing wrong with a walk. It’s free too! I walked for 45 minutes on Tuesday to the Mormon Chapel where I gave blood.Oh and I walked back as well! I consider that to be quite an achievement because I hate walking.xxx
