My ancestors were frost backs from Montreal, so I can say this…..Male mosquitoes (that do not bite), are called" Canadian Soldiers"…. Like most slurs though, it’s wrong….The Kanucks have been with the us and by our side since the beginning….Well, once they gave us Mackinac back……
