I don’t think Hillary is corrupt. I think the conservatives fear her so they generate slander and innuendo at every opportunity. You tell a lie enough times and some of the people will believe it. She does have extraordinary resume, in the White House, as a Senator, and as Secretary of state. They also run the Clinton Foundation which provides health care and schools around the world, Clearly head and shoulders above the likes of Donald Trump.
