Just one of several major disasters going on in Brazil at this time. Zika, president unseated, Olympics, police brutality.

Oh, c’mon. It’ll put hair on your chest! Like some of the Russian female athletes, but at less cost! Always look on the bright side of life…

It proves that Brazil is run by good, smart conservatives! No pesky environmental laws keeping companies and individuals from dumping trash and sewage in the water, and that keeps costs down and profits up! If the people of Rio de Janeiro want clean water, they need to make themselves important enough to a company to earn it!

I hope you are being (I can’t spell the word) are kidding.
this makes you sound like one of those people who think people who are not working are lazy bums.
If you are not, I apologize.
No body should have to earn good safe water.
In a perfect world everyone would have access to safe, clean water.
It is Not but clean water should be a priority.
I know that is hard in a country with crises going on. Political, health and the expense of hosting the Olympics.
I hope the Olympics are not still planned to be in radiation filled Japan.
Japan has recently admitted they were doing a cover-up of how bad the accident at Daiichi and Daini were. why our government hasn’t admitted it too is a wonder.

If the word you were looking for was “satirical” or perhaps “facetious”, then yes, I was being just that. Aye, but there’s the rub- there’s so many people who spout garbage like that as gospel truth that it’s hard to tell satire from seriousness!

Remember Poe’s Law about identifying what you are saying is sarcasm or some such.

The trigger happy military police in Rio who have been shooting first and then there is no need for asking questions. The city has a repressive police force that is out to hide the poor young black men from the Olympics.
    Another Republican Nirvana
