Its Bushes fault

Once again, you are right! I am surprised the US media have not blamed President Putin for the migrant crisis in the EU, major snowstorms in the US, etc.

Ah, America. Home to the bipolar foreign policy reaction.

The Brazilian government declared war on insects that are carrying the Zika virus across Latin America. The government attacked mosquito hot spots in federal buildings across the country. The Health Minister Castro encouraged workers to wipe out standing water in gutters, trash cans and plastic cups where the Aedes mosquito can breed.

Microcephaly is becoming much more common, even before and without Zika, linked to environmental factors, but hey, who cares about the environment?
