No laws that I know of against using birds and mice (or robots, for that matter). Those aren’t government agents; they’re organized crime thugs who have come after her because the animals aren’t members of their mob-controlled union. And never mind the fairy godmother; they’re happy to “teach a lesson” to whoever happens to be handy. The FG will likely get hers, later.
