Probably a “vanity” publication, so he can have his own if he’s willing to pay for it. For just a small fee, the publisher will sign a confidentiality agreement not to disclose who paid the fee. He just needs to pay the printer for as many copies as he wants. Ron Hubbard of Scientology fame reportedly used to have the religion buy as many copies of his books (no one else was) as would take to get the book a “best-seller” rating. So with enough money he can have his book and a best-seller too.
