The difference is in what about those who will take what the need, but don’t give what they can. In the voluntary communes, it is expulsion – see how you like it in a world in which that is the norm. But in a nationwide commune, the legal code must be employed, and since few other nations want that sort, it is the penal code, and soon applies to any dissident, and that is tyranny. In a volunteer system as one form in a multiplicity of free forms, it works fine for those with a disposition for that sort of thing; for a whole nation with no alternative, it must by its very nature be a dictatorship.
