Based on comments at CK, I googled “Julie Walker Phantom” (without the quote marks) and found that Lee Falk had created a female Phantom character in the late 60s. As the story goes, Julie was also a twin and a direct ancestor of our current 21st Phantom.FUNKY W.: Oh dear. PHANTOM: My wife who reads the Phantom, thinks this bit about Heloise becoming the GWW is ridiculous. She’s a girl and that’s it.
