but I don’t wanna get in trouble…again.

My dog gets the last couple of tablespoons of wine from my glass after dinner . . . and before all you start, my vet says that amount won’t hurt her.

The party ain’t over until Murphy says it’s over ……. and he’s wearing those little umbrellas.

Many years ago, when I lived in Ireland, I had a Borzoi ( Russian wolfhound ) who would quite often visit the neighborhood pub while I was at work. All the locals knew him. He’d have his bowl of Guinness stout and curl up by the fire. He even had his own bar tab !

A couple of times when we entertained at home, unbeknownst to us, he would get into the guest’s unfinished drinks, if they weren’t paying attention. He was particularly fond of vodka and bitter-lemon.

He sort of looked like this at the end of the evening.

And even the glasses are clean…..no washing tonight dear…..you want to watch some Breaking Bad??

I’ve had 2 labs so far… both have LOVED Beer!!

The turnover happened at 1:15 last nite. I just can’t get in the posting mode in the morning (9:22).If this keeps up, I’m gonna have to keep restaurant hours!

Grandoggie sniffed my wine glass last nite and reacted as if it were some kind of lethal stuff. No boozehound there.Dinner? different story, she will leave her own dinner to beg from you. Street Dog Rescue rule #1. All food anywhere anytime must be eaten stat!
