Like cliff jumping…..Death defying idiots become cold corpses. They claim it’s the thrill of living, but it seems to be the thrill of dying…..and is a complete waste of this existence. No one knows what’s next or even if there is a “next”. I believe there is, but I guess those guys couldn’t wait to find out.
There used to be a rich thrill seeker that one of his thrills was swinging wildly on single ropes off mountain cliffs while being video taped to be shown on TV I had a friend who was an avid fan. This was long before digital media. I pointed out once that there was photographer on this side of the camera, doing everything stunt boy was doing, but also carrying and using many pounds of camera and equipment. My friend looked at me in a moment of startled recognition. He then got up and turned the TV off and never watched stunt boy again.
