“Gun free” can’t shoot, it’s the nuts out there WITH the GUNS who are killing people. The simple fact is the recruiting station was shot up from outside; even if they’d HAD automatic weapons inside, they couldn’t have responded in time.
The argument against “gun free zones”, like churches, schools, etc. is totally hollow. There WERE armed guards at Columbine, two of them. The Holocaust museum ARMED GUARD was the only one shot and killled, so don’t keep saying a gun was the only answer.
^Also THREE ARMED COPS are having coffee, and are shot and killed before they can respond; it’s taking away the guns used by NUTS who are on the OFFENSE rather than trying to claim guns are automatically a sound “defense”- they are NOT!

The gun-free zone rule was imposed during George HW Bush’s administration and doesn’t prohibit guns at recruiting stations as long as the person carrying it has a reason to do so, including security threats..But, hey, when did facts ever matter to rightwing crazies?
Obama and the international community are following Winston Churchill’s dictum that it is better to jaw, jaw than war, war. And if anyone knows a thing or two about the destruction of war, it is Winnie.
