500 yards?! The world record for javelin throw is a little over 100. It requires specialized flight bows to shoot arrows 500 yards, and those competitions don’t require you to aim at anything. Most folks can’t hit a target at that range with a .30-06. 500 yards?! OK, I’m done now.
