I think it has to due with speech patterns (one syllable followed by two is preferable to the other way around), or it’s a culturally indoctrinated sexism to acknowledge the man before the woman.
All anatomical deficiencies of the Mattel products (as well as Hasbro products) mentioned here can be fixed with appropriate application of gouda cheese wax.
