Actually, it’s a strange fact, but the actual dollar price of a television remained very steady for a very long time. The difference is in the value of the dollar. My old man made enough to buy a new TV in about a month in the old days. Today, of course, you want a tube-style TV, you can just pick one up by the side of the road.
