If she starts off with a memoir, she’ll end up with wild fiction.

heres a real conundrum…both Bilan and Dogsniff are right..

How about a story about a girl in a comic strip that writes a story?

Dear Danae: See Agnes today for a couple ideas.

See takes me as a Dorothy Parker kind of writer.

But whose memoir? A precocious little girl or her stuffed animal? Of course, ‘wild fiction’ just might be it; I can’t say since am trying and not let Lucy read my thoughts….and failing.

IMHO most fiction is biographical to some degree.

dabugger, Lucy isn’t stuffed, she’s real….Just happens to be a talking horse….

Think MOVIE first, then book. How about a story that you can cast Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover model Hannah Davis and a talking horse?

Every fiction writer draws from what they know and have experienced. They just sort of ‘mix and match’ different elements.And if your experiences are unusual enough, you’ll have to write them as fiction, because no one will believe them.

The topic doesn’t matter to Danae so everything is in play.In either event she might consider using Eddie as proof-reader. Then it would really be “wild”.
