Sesos fritos with a side of frijoles refritos and some fresh corn tortillas sounds appetizing with a bottle of Dos Equis. Don’t forget that Cinco de Mayo will take place on May 5th this year.
(Not speaking from experience here) Mexicans celebrate Cindo de Mayo to celebrate their country - their culture. It’s like Columbus Day or Rememberance of Pearl Harbor Day (which I’ve never heard of) I guess that’s why it’s more celebrated in America than in Mexico where their culture is everywhere.
I had to make an account just so I could share this.. -.-
Sorry, ibbit, you’re mistaken. It’s not celebrated in Mexico. At least it did’nt used to be. Perhaps it has moved down there a bit now, I don’t know for sure.On the fifth of May a certain battle took place on that date, that’s all it is.
I eat enough spicy food that my brain is pre-seasoned, should any zombie care for a nosh. Working on bathing it in Corona, too, for the full Cinco effect.

Think about it, millions of Mexican zombies, shambling in an unstoppable stream north of the US-Mex border, taking American jobs….

Cinco De Mayo is not even a holiday in Mexico. Over her it’s just another p.c. and advertising event. Any comments, anyone?
