Race tracks, both horse and dog, were absolutely devastated here in the U.S. when more and more states began allowing “river boat” casinos. (In most cases they’re really buildings sitting in very large mud puddles and not river boats at all, but that’s a different rant.) People decided they liked being able to lose money much faster!

In my early years here bus fare was 50p peak hours and 35p off peak. I thought that was okay and a bus pass brought it down more. I used it 5 days a week and occasionally on the weekend. I walked a lot too. Biking is a big jump up from walking speed wise. -I wonder if he is coming back ? They still have the horse trailer and big pick up truck on the road out front. This is just someone’s private residence with a space they use for keeping horses. There used to be another horse a few years back. -I was extremely girl shy at your age. I didn’t have a sister to grow up with and get my girl exposure as the one they wanted turned out to be a third boy. The environment was a bit stifling too as in not so encouraging of free expression. A raised hand ready to strike showed the “value” of talking back. I suspect there is nary a couple in here who did not get hurt along the way to finding their better halves. Some days I revel in the lack of stress by not being ‘encumbered’ and sometimes I would probably not swear near as much when stuff goes bad, when my ‘comfort’ would be near by.-I guess I get my somewhat openess from Dad. Mom was a good deal more closed about stuff. Could be that I’m just an idiot with no sense of proper gauging on how much to expose. I think that comes from some of the people in music I listen too and have followed in text and radio and tv interviews. Some of them are quite open. I should be a public figure as people can see what they’re getting. Guess I’ll never get elected since my heart may be on my frayed sleeve. -I think the poor critters would get whiplash from all the transatlantic crossing. You’d be a right fine neighbor yerself ! -I used to do it with the bristles and I like the tool better. I do a cursory scrub with the bristles toward the end. -A calm warm rain is nice. As a kid I recall warm summer rains. Cold rain, not so much fun ’specially if you are out in it. -May your finally.. find you well and fine.__________________________________________________No problem.-The bus fares only used to be 40p when I used to get the bus to and from school. Later, I got an Under 16 pass which entitled me to free travel. Now a bus fare costs £1.30 to get to my college. I got a free bus pass when I was in college as well. I don’t have that anymore so now I have to pay adult fare. A weekly pass costs £10.80 but I’ve forgotton how much an all day ticket costs.-I once thought the horses near me had left too because they were gone for almost a year! However my Mum pointed out that their names were still on the stable doors. They returned and I still go to see them whenever I need to go out. I hope your friend Wiley hasn’t gone for good. I was just about to ask you to give him a kiss or a pat on the nose from me.-Some people are lucky. They never get hurt in relationships and that means they’ve found ‘the one’ but it’s a risk I don’t want to take. I feel I’m better off single. That’s the way it’s been for 20 years! This is probably going to sound weird but please keep being the ‘swear-like-a-trooper’ Gweedo Murray we know and love! Just be careful not to swear too much on GoComics otherwise we’ll have to bail you out again!-If I had to guess which one of my parents was more private, I would say my Dad. Celebrities who have those ‘wardrobe malfunctions’ are always the centre of attention! I remember a Family Guy episode where Peter starts his own TV station. Do you remember The FCC song? I better not link it because it has some rude words in it and I might get banned so it’s probably best if you just look up “The FCC Song – Family Guy” on Youtube. I know you hate being told to look up something without a link but you don’t have to.-Oh no! I meant if I lived in Colorado. The animals could have one week with you and one week with me as we’ll be neighbours.-Cold rain makes my face practically freeze up. There is nothing better than hearing the rain against your window when you’re sitting inside all nice and cosy. I like to watch the rain as well. I love it when it bounces off the ground!-Well. Our favourite day of the week is here! A very Happy Finally Friday to you. Time to celebrate.
