Volarian root is not quite one of my favorite odors nor is liver cooking on the stove. I couldn’t stand it so much Mom made alternate grub for me. She had a home built recipe she called “Glop”. Left over burger meat and other things from fridge and freezer that all got tossed into the frying pan. One my faves of things she made and especially so, was Moussaka. She got a recipe from Buffalo Evening News and gave it some personal touch that made it outstanding. It takes a while to build and If I were back then now, I would ask about putting lamb in with the beef. For some couple of months when I lived up on “the hill”. I would stop at a Greek place on the way home from work for a Gyro; my first experience with the meats combo and on the pita bread and white sauce with cucumbers. -That restaurant was on the commercial strip right across from campus. The area had real charm then and has since been sanitized into a cold hard reality. -Living directly across, me ‘n Donny would be real thick and then one day …. a break came for some period or other. Another friend we both knew, same story. We seldom hung together as a triple as it seemed more comfortable as a pair in one combination or other. -I mentioned colli as we are comfortable writers. I have some of the ladies mails but they are at places other than here, unless you connect with Dry & Dusty. I am okay with folks seeing the paper, just not that everybody who passes through. I think a workaround can be done.-Years ago I could never be a vegtablearian. It’s something I evolved (or devolved) into. Heather’s not a ’veg’table’.-Like the looks I got when not ordering meat things at a Texas Bar-b-cue joint. -Don’t drown on “Thirsty Thursday” !__________________________________________________

I haven’t experienced either of those smells before. Another smell I like is fish when it’s being fried even though I never eat fish either. Moussaka is a Greek dish, correct? All this talk of food is making me hungry. -What happened with you and Donny? Did you have an argument? Steal each other’s girlfriends? (Just kidding) I hope it wasn’t anything major. I only apologise for a fall out or an argument if I feel I’m in the wrong.-I don’t email with Dry & Dusty but I always enjoy her comments. I only email with 2 people from GoComics. Well, It used to be 3 but I’ve never heard from her in a very long time. Last time I heard from her she had just been in hospital and was apparently getting better. No word from her since 23rd November, 2012. Yes, that long ago!-I enjoy vegetables such as sliced carrots, cabbage, broccoli, mashed potatoes and peas. Thankfully, My parents never had any trouble encouraging me to eat my vegetables! I’m having vegetables today.-Whenever somebody gives you a funny look… Give one straight back! This world is so judgemental. -I hope you have a very Happy Monday!
