I work for a “Rita” in the real world. WD provides perspective which keeps me sane. And yes, my “Rita” — who became a first time grandmother last November — certainly IS a much nicer person in social settings than she is as a boss.

Well, I guess this proves that even Rita isn’t all bad.

I smile too when people pass gas, at least when audible.

@davinort2000… Managers are not supposed to be your friend. Granted, some bosses could be nicer to their employees, but they just aren’t built that way. …As far as Rita, the boss, goes? She could be a lot better at being a boss. She’s got some strange ideas, and that just makes her… Rita.…Babies usually bring out the best in people. Rita included.

It’s amazing how we are “hard wired” to care for babies. :)

Not gas. Never gas. Babies and puppies and kittens know – and they smile. and they remember the nice friendly voice.

Fan Expo Vancouver is over for another year. I giggled but got to meet Shatner, John Barrowman and two Walking Dead actors whose characters are now dead. the cosplay costumes were awesome. Sauron was very impressive. Handmade, hand hammered. On the other end was the Wizard of Oz family. With the youngest as Dorothy with ruby red shoes.
