These are “BANKSTERS!” The only thing that matters to them is to make the bottom line higher each quarter. Some one decided lacking moral and ethical compasses was all-right if the rich get richer.

    No.

What are you talking about, bradwilliams? What is there to say? Goldman Sachs and Barack Obama go together like peanut butter and chocolate.

I don’t know where this myth arose that Wall Street is in the pockets of the GOP, because it’s utter nonsense. By a significant margin, big banks support the Dems over and over again, because they know that their business booms when it is not a “free market”, but when the government is there to get their back. Who’s number two on this list?

I haven’t heard much about the Fight Against Organized Crime in recent years like Gambling & Loan Sharks! They must have figured out how to do it “legally” with the repeal of Glass-Steagall Act. Those Wise Guys got someone to write a program using computerized derivatives!

Wall Street funds Dems? So Scott Brown is a Democrat now? Mitch McConell is one too?

Bernie Madoff is probably “thankful” to be in jail - “protective custody” at the tax payers expense (again).

The guppers are already lined up against ANY financial reform or controls- go figure- It’s only illegal if you don’t get caught used to be the motto, but with their rules, even when you GET CAUGHT they just make it “legal”.

As the VP of a research center in San Antonio was firing me, he told me that I was not a company man because I had a personality defect. He accused me of having Ethics! Have you noticed that none of the Goldman Sachs people deny the charges, they just say that the SEC cannot prove them.

dtroutma; agreed, but I don’t think only the GOP has a part in there.

Les riches c’est des pleins d’marde pis les pauvres c’est des trous d’cul, pis un trou d’cul tout c’que ça veut c’est être plein d’marde.

(The rich folks are full of sh!t and poor folks are *ssholes. And everything an *sshole wants is to be full of sh!t.)

ALL forms of government have a catch, a lie they tell the people to get its obedience. The lie of capitalism is that “If you work, you’ll get rich, too”. So that’s why we all buy it, we think someday, it will be our turn. But people start to realize that the big money doesn’t come from work but from well place investments, influence games and manipulation at the mother of all casinos. People are started to be p!ssed, both from the right and from the left…They’re starting to realize that this is not multipartism, but a single, two-headed party with kodak candidates, veeped and elected more for their image than their ideas (don’t blame Obama too fast, Palin wasn’t any better).

The line a paragraph above was from a Quebec movie, Elvis Gratton 3. It ends in a scary but pretty cool way; Elvis impersonator turned pop star turned media guru Bob Gratton gets more and more corrupted, egomaniac and dictatorial. In the last twenty minutes of the movie, he notices that his legs are getting brown. His doctor says it’s…well, fecal matter building up inside his body. One night, after waking up from a nightmare, he sees sewage backup all over his appartment, looks in the mirror and he became brown from the you-know-what up to half of his face!!!

Next scene, our media guru is in a hospital bed, in a mummy-like full body cast with a pump sucking sh!t out through his mouth. He’s watching tv. Montreal is flooded in sewage backup. A girl grabs the reporter’s microphone. She’s talking to Bob; “You wonder where is all that bleeep coming from? It’s coming from your head! It gets out through your mouth, through your ears…what’s comforting is that someday, you’ll choke on all your bleeep, you’ll drown in it!” At that moment, Bob’s sh!t pump clogs, leaving him choking and gasping in his expanding body cast…until he gorily blows apart, splattering doo all over the hospital room.

Good trilogy…I feel like that doomsday girl on tv in the movie…

Next post will probably be HQ screaming “rich envy”!
