Interesting that they include “firearm possession” with abuse, dog fighting and theft. There is nothing illegal or immoral about “possessing” a firearm. Using it on another human, yes. Possessing it, no.
Though it may have been inadvertent on the part of the bros. Mastroianni (and I hope it was), the attitude that merely possessing a firearm, in itself, automatically makes a person suspect is unfortunately common, at least among the hoplophobic. Would that someday, hopefully in a not-too-distant future, gun ownership will be regarded as commonplace, rather than a cause for irrational paranoia.

@JanCinLVHere in Michigan it would have been included if it was found during a felony or that the person did not have a concealed carry permit.
