I think it was Dez’s friends’ idea to have the party and Bernice just went along; Tiffany just self-invited.

Whether it’s taking it, or spending it, If anybody knows about credit … it’s Tiffany…

Bernice, the solution is simple. Tell all of Dez’s sidekicks that Tiffany is having a party in HER room next week and she wants tonight’s crowd to know they are all invited!

Bernice is sure insecure and petty, huh? I mean, she sure WOULD BE if she weren’t a designated “good guy.”

This chick’s got problems. Isn’t there a sorority she can join?

I see where this “ownership” thing is going. The campus ethics board will attempt to indict Bernice for holding an “unauthorized party”. Tiff will be the patsy.

Ownership goes to the one cleaning up the mess, and you can bet it will not be Tiff.

I worked hard all afternoon pulling matted grass around some of my rose bushes. And after today and also yesterday, I have achy muscles I never knew I had! LOL! Time to call it a day…or is it night?! If it was Bernice’s party, why isn’t she the one saying farewell then? All she is doing is b-atching at Tiffany for doing what she should be doing. Bernice is so lame. Tiffany is right, someone has to do it.

I wonder if “Tiff” will still own the party if someone from the school comes around because someone complained about a loud party (and even more deliciously evil if Bernice was the one who “Dropped the dime” on her)

Bernice is being petty. If this was anyone’s party, it’s Hair’s. He’s the one who announced that the party would happen.

I doubt there will be any repercussions against Bernice for this party. With no food, and apparently no alcohol, no mess or damage appears to have been created. If someone had shown up to complain about the noise, the party might have been shut down, but that didn’t happen.

Berneice I’m ashamed of you! You’re not usually a bratty little girl. Tiff got in a few shots this time. Who cares whose party when they happen at a random opportunity like this.

Tiffany is being quite the detective here.

I remember most college parties being pretty wide open. I mean no ‘lists’ or anything like that, except perhaps in the frats. Back at UCLA in the mid 60s the university required every frat to post two ‘Closed Party’ signs outside, but they were honored mostly in the breach.

Bern, STOP and THINK: YOU are taking “Ownership” Of something that YOU had Absolutely NO Control Over which in the End was a VIOLATION of School Rules.

So, sweet little Bernice the Good flubbed the open party thrown by Dez’s friends in Dez’s room and now is taking it out on Tiffany, who at least showed some politeness to the departing guests? Pffft! Bite me!

Tiff of all characters is the one I detest the most. She is self centered, shallow, manipulative, and a bunch of words that I would not use in public.

I really hope that someone in College will cut her down to size.

This is simple to solve, “Get out of my room and don’t come back..”

Don’t worry, Bernice. Once the RA finds out, Tiffany will be glad to hand over ownership back to you.

The last one to leave before tiff does. Anyone noticed that Mr Evans drew her to look like a ’Vulcan" without the ears? And in some ways she is wearing almost a TOS Star Trek top.

Bernice, you realize you’re trying to do what you’re accusing Tiffany of yes? The party was everyone who was there, it’s not something you own. Tiffany, you’re so sweet to show Bernice the error of her ways while making the guests glad they came. You two are good friends, I can tell:)

I think that some people saw other people over at the room, thought it had been arranged by Dez, and just invited themselves (I think that’s how “Hair” got there). If you know of a strip where it says that Dez invited all those people, then please let us know.

Let Tiffany think it’s her party so she’ll have to pay for it.

Personally I think the whole storyline is boring – fragmenting the strip into 5 separate strips (Parents, Luanne, Bernice, Delta, Brad & Toni) and the whole thing with Dez & Sun is just silly. Can anyone say “jump the shark”? Greg should back off the college stuff and focus on the DeGroots.

Tiff’s got a point. After all, she IS an event planner— homecoming, prom, etc. And thought this party was different, snacks are always welcome!

A very strange and pointless argument. It was a party, it was spontaneous, it really belonged to no one. Bernice and Tiffany are both being foolish.

Next time don’t let her in, Bernice. Tiffany has no business seeing everyone off as if it is her dorm room. She weezled in and took over.

I love the new characters in Luann. Hello Sun! We all knew that Luann and the gang couldn’t stay in High School forever. Tiff will figure that out eventually.Three cheers for Mr. Evans for expanding his strip to a wider universe!

As annoying as Tiffany can be… It’s time to find out who this Dez person is, and when (if at all!) she’s going to make an appearance.Because Dez is getting on my nerves… AND I’VE NEVER EVEN MET HER!

Sun is little girl cute, but like Bernice and Luann, Greg will have to work to make any of them actually attractive like Toni, Rosa, Crystal, and Tiffany. Poor Sun has a long, thin line for a mouth and a smile makes her look like a Halloween pumpkin.

They’re both off. Bernice is a wimp, allowing the party when she didn’t want it, then claiming ownership. Tiff did her usual thing about being the center of attention and claiming anything good that might be around. Neither one of them is worth all this attention.

THAT’S what Bernice is upset about, Tiff stealing her party?? I’d be much more concerned about the missing roommate, the unauthorized items in a paper bag and the wild animal she is expected to take care of. I’d be grateful for the help that Tiffany can offer.

Bernice is being very immature in this strip. Tiffany has been friendly to some other students and Bernice thinks that is stealing her party? Tiff has done nothing wrong at all this time.

Tiffany has actually done Bernice a great favour (as only Tiffany can). She cleared everyone out before things got out of hand (more so!).…Bernice may be upset now, but later… She may end up thanking Tiffany.…Now if only Dez will make an appearance…so she can be dealt with accordingly.

It started as volunteer, became a paying job, and was then eliminated when the library’s funds were cut.

LOL! actually 15 dating, 14 married. – But there are some days when we have twice the fun of a normal day, so maybe that could account for an extra 10, day by day, here and there, ha ha!!!!

Sun is a refreshing new character, but Greg had better step carefully so as not to make her a stereotype of an Asian, squinty eyes, always smiling. Think Lucy Liu, Michelle Kwan or Nancy Kwan……sexy eyes, full lips. As far as Bernice goes, the hair looks good. Now, let her change tops with Tiffany or Sun so she doesn’t always look locker room chic.

It’s interesting that Bernice’s room after a supposedly loud and raucous party looks cleaner and more orderly than Luann’s room does on a typical day.

Yes, Lu might have boys as her highest priority at times, but it’s not her only priority.-What are her other priorities? Wearing cute outfits? Needing to hangout with Bernice all the time?

Education? Earning a living? Raising children?

They’re freshmen! They’ve only been in college a month or so, not nearly enough time to mature.

This will probably be about the time when Dez actually shows up.
